.How does this role fit into the success of our organization?

 

ARAUCO is looking for a qualified sales intern to assist in various stages of the sales funnel, including creating awareness of new offerings, generating leads, and retaining customers.

The ideal intern will be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You’ll gain hands-on experience working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other members of our Inside Sales team.

This is a fully onsite role at our office located in Dunwoody/Sandy Springs, near Perimeter Mall. It is Monday through Friday and is full-time (40 hours/week).

 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Research and generate lists of potential customers
  • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
  • Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
  • Assist in evaluating new sponsorship opportunities
  • Learn and apply sales techniques
  • Maintain sales records

 

What are we looking for?

  • Knowledgeable  
    • Seeking a recent graduate or current student enrolled at an accredited college or university, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the following majors: Sales, Advertising, Marketing or
  • Experienced  
    • Must have experience using Excel (Pivot tables & VLOOKUPS)
  • Effective  
    •  Possess self-motivation, eagerness to learn, professionalism and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Collaborative  
  • Collaboration is key to Arauco’s success. This role requires collaboration with our Sales and Supply Chain teams.
