Requirements

• Experience running equipment required (Example: truck unloaders, bucket loaders, skid steer, front end loaders, tractors, grapple skidders, etc.)
• Prior experience using HMI technology is beneficial and a preferred skill.
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• A high school diploma or GED is required 
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong computer skills are desired.  Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are an asset.  
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Post offer you must be able to pass a drug screen, background check and physical capability assessment.

• Properly complete product changes and productively operate the equipment.
• Complete paperwork and electronic entries, as necessary. 
• Expected to work toward a competent operating level whereby the operator has a more intimate understanding of the equipment to troubleshoot and problem-solve more complex issues.
