SUMMARY:

The successful candidate will play a key role in the steam plant operation, RMS equipment, refining process, Dryer Control and Dry Resin Process. Safely and efficiently monitors devices and systems to increase overall mill reliability.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoots and maintains production equipment, which includes electrical, hydraulic, mechanic and pneumatic systems.  
  • Follows acts, regulations and codes related to facilities, equipment, environmental protection, and Health & Safety
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration activities

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • New Brunswick Class 4 Power Engineer ticket
  • Must have a minimum 2 years experience working in manufacturing environment
  • Water Tube Boiler experience preferred
  • Windows based Software experience
  • Shift work required – including days, nights, weekends
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and interact with people for problem solving and work planning
