What we are looking for:
- Third Class Power Engineer certification
- 10 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment
- Proven experience with Windows based Software
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and provide direction to others

In this role, you will:
- Implement and maintain safe work practices for areas owned
- Maintain legal compliance by adhering to regulations set out by New Brunswick Safety Code Services for all pressure vessels and pressure piping systems
- Comply with all Chief Engineer duties as outlined in the act
- Provide support to maintenance and planning departments for the refining and RMS areas
- Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all steam generators and associated equipment throughout the mill
- Oversee the Refining area Chemistry (treatment, analysis), Boiler, Cooling Towers and glycol system
- Be responsible for all system procedures, safety practices, work orders pertaining to the Refining area and RMS area
- Provide shutdown and outages support and assistance with process problems on 24hour basis
