This role is on a rotating 12 hour shift, including nights, days, and weekends.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Manufacturing or factory experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Have a good understanding of all our safety policies.
- Have a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and strong organizational skills.

In this role, you would be:
- Handling, stacking, and grading material up to 18ft in length and weighing up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Wrapping and sub-bundling of material and stacking of millwork for shipment.
- General cleaning of work area and surroundings.
- Banding together units at the end of each production run.
- Supporting other production roles as needed.
- Following all safety programs and guidelines, such as wearing proper PPE, being Lock-out-tag-out certified for your area, practicing hazard awareness, practicing good housekeeping, and actively participating in safety programs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment.
- Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects.
- Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperatures.
