How does this role fit into the success of our organization?
The MDF Millwork Outside Sales Representative is responsible for managing the current and future sales to his/her assigned customers/accounts. Additionally, the Domestic MDF Millwork Sales Manager will perform product management tasks for the product category, such as managing the pricing structure and the profitability per product, among others.
This role in our Atlanta office is a hybrid role – three days on site and two days to work from home.
Some of your responsibilities would include:
- Create and maintain strong business relationships with customer portfolio
- Communicate and negotiate price levels with customers
- Perform product management duties for domestic MDF moulding:
- New product development
- Manage order file, volume allocation, and sourcing of product between mills
- Manage pricing structure for domestic MDF moulding
- Manage profitability
- Support other sales managers acting as a liaison with domestic moulding manufacturing facilities
- Develop and provide domestic MDF moulding market and product expertise both internally and externally
What are we looking for?
Knowledge:
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or related.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience of Inside Sales, Customer Service Sales, or similar.
• Must have proficiency in Excel. Experience with SAP, Office suite and Qliksense are a plus.
