What we are looking for:

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Architecture/Design, or comparable experience (required).

· 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management or related field.

· Ability to travel extensively (50% or more).

· Experience with decorative laminated surfaces or building-products distribution—able to contribute on day one.

· Strong working knowledge of TFL and its coordinating products (HPL, 3DL, EB).

· Strong presenter and trainer; comfortable leading sales enablement and education sessions.

· Commercial problem-solver who knows how to identify and remove channel friction.

· Great relationship-builder, communicator, and organized self-starter

· Demonstrates a strong interest in current design trends and possesses keen color-distinction skills to deliver effective and informed consultations.

What we offer:

· An attractive compensation package with either bonus or profit/gain sharing eligibility for every role

· Health plans with options that meet your needs, including a wellness program, gym reimbursement, and additional benefits such as pet insurance, legal insurance, employer-paid and voluntary life insurance, and more

· Paid maternity and paternity leave, a competitive vacation package, and company and floating holidays designed to support your work-life balance

· Retirement planning options, including generous employer contributions

· Opportunities to learn and develop, including a tuition reimbursement program

In this role, you will:

· Work with sales and distribution leaders to build and execute stocking plans (catalogue selection and new décor launches).

· Join field visits, run branch training, and coach distributor sales teams on TFL performance, design trends, availability, and value.

· Identify and fix friction points (lead times, missing SKUs or samples)

· Build clear PRISM TFL growth plans for each distributor.

· Build relationships with Fabricators, Builders, OEMs and the A&D Community; promote TFL designs and technical benefits.

· Deliver lunch-and-learns/CEUs, trend talks, and project workshops. Identify project opportunities and connect them to distributors.

· Coordinate samples, mockups, and options to win or protect specifications.

· Execute TFL sample strategy across the region

· Ensure matching “symmetry” products (HPL, 3DL, EB) are available so distributors can quote quickly.

· Support product launches and décor updates with training, tools, and stocking guidance.

· Bring customer feedback to product team and marketing. Flag and escalate issues that need cross-functional action.

· Follow up on leads for new and existing customers.

· Attend industry related design and trade shows to build brand awareness and network with potential customers and distribution partners.
