This individual will join our HR team as the HR technology expert and drive system excellence across all SuccessFactors Modules.
This role is hybrid, onsite three days per week in our office in the Perimeter/Dunwoody area of Atlanta.
The SuccessFactors HRIS Administrator will serve as the primary subject matter expert and system administrator for all SuccessFactors modules (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, and Reporting). This role requires coordinating efforts across North American operations while working closely with the parent company in Chile to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment of the global HRIS platform.
What we are looking for:
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on SuccessFactors administration experience across multiple modules
- Demonstrated ability to properly handle confidential information housed within HR systems
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems in a global organization.
- Proven ability to manage projects, coordinate across teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

In this role, you would:
- Act as system administrator for all SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring data integrity, security, and functionality.
- Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders across North America to support ongoing system needs and enhancements.
- Collaborate with global HRIS teams in Chile to align configuration, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Manage system updates, testing, and release schedules to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support data-driven HR decision-making.
- Provide end-user support and training to HR staff and business leaders across the region.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with vendors or global IT as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and global HRIS standards.
