This role is fully onsite during a training period of 6-8 months before transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Our hybrid schedule is onsite three days, and remote 2 days per week located at our Atlanta Corporate Office.

 

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or relevant field required.
  • 3-5 years of Experience in product management, digital platforms, or customer experience.
  • Strong communicator capable of bridging business and technical teams.
  • Skilled at translating customer needs into system requirements and actionable solutions.
  • Organized, proactive, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (GA4, GTM, dashboards) preferred.
  • Experience with SAP Commerce, B2B digital platforms, or system integrations is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence and align teams around shared objectives.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the product roadmap and manage the backlog for the Customer Web Portal and related digital platforms.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, validate solutions, and test new features.
  • Use back office and do basic configuration in order to test and ensure changes are satisfactory.
  • Integrate systems such as SAP, QlikSense, and EDI to create a seamless digital experience.
  • Oversee vendors, sprints, QA, and release readiness to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Track adoption, engagement, and KPIs using GA4, GTM, and analytics dashboards.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to guide improvements and measure impact.
  • Maintain alignment through clear communication, timelines, and reporting across stakeholders.
  • Support training, onboarding, and release communication for internal teams and customers.
