This role is on a 12-hour shift schedule, either fixed day or night shifts, with night shifts required as needed.

 

What we are looking for:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be willing and able to be certified to safely operate a forklift or other mobile equipment in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be able to work in a variety of environments including but not limited to:  dusty (wood dust), hot, cold, or wet. 
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Post offer, you must be able to pass a drug screen, background check, and physical capability assessment.

In this role, you would:

  • Respond to upset conditions and work closely with any and all team members to address problems
  • Communicate with team members about production line activities, any upset conditions experienced, and follow up on the resolution
  • Properly complete product changes and productively operate the equipment
  • Create maintenance requests for equipment problems in a timely manner and follow-up as needed to ensure work is completed
  • Actively participate in any problem-solving meetings and contribute to improving processes12-
  • Complete paperwork and electronic entries as necessary
