What we are looking for:

• Recent graduate or current students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or wood sciences. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or civil drawings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools: Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge
• Experience with AutoCAD LT is a plus.
• Engineering or industrial experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Possess strong process, analytical and data analysis skills; simplify complex situations, identify key issues, problem solve. Sound decision-making abilities

In this role, you will:

• Digitalize engineering drawings, datasheets, manuals, and OEM documentation.
• Identify, classify, and assign names to files following provided conventions.
• Locate and organize files in shared network folders for easy access.
• Collaborate with team members to remove information barriers.
• Work independently while managing time effectively to complete tasks.
• Develop and present weekly progress reports to vested team members.
• Utilize printers/plotters, scanners, shared folders, and AutoCAD to perform tasks.
• No Travel – the position will mostly be in an office environment, with occasional trips onto the floor to retrieve materials or equipment information
